Walking and Biking Advocacy is our initiative to make Memphis safer and more accessible for bikers and pedestrians. Well-designed bike routes, lanes, sidewalks, crosswalks, and safe car-free pathways make our streets easier to use, provide healthy living choices, and connect our neighborhoods. Through educational outreach and advocacy for improved facilities, we can make Memphis a more bikable and walkable place!

RE: Overton-Broad Connector
I read today of plans for the subject connector. This past weekend I was in Indianapolis and I rode the Monon Trail, a rails-to-trails project that has been completed for many years. Now, they've added a connector from the Monon Trail called the INDIANAPOLIS CULTURAL TRAIL. It picks up where the trail ends in downtown Indianapolis and extends the feeling of a trail through many parts of downtown.

It is a fantastic mix of utility, beauty, and enterprise. I think it would be great if we could achieve something like it here.

I wanted to leave a simple comment to talk about that your blog site was nice. I ran across it on yahoo search right after going through many other information that has been not really related. I was thinking I might come across this much sooner considering how good the content is.
